Refund policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BEAUTY PRODUCTS DUE TO SANITARY REASONS; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances. Products may be returned only in the conditions of the product being damaged during shipment.

Damage products must be received 7 days after confirmed delivery. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.

Defective Items:

All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items that are damaged or broken Fifth Element Esthetics will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer.

Fifth element Esthetics shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions; all ingredients are listed on packaging as well as webpage.

Please also note because our products are marked at an affordable cost, we do not have sales often and our sales are always for a very limited time.  WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.   • If any items mailed back to our facility are not eligible for return because they do not meet our return guidelines (for example, they show excessive wear and tear, are significantly used or bear a label that has been intentionally defaced), the items will not be processed for return and will be discarded. Fifth Element Esthetics will not be responsible for replacing or refunding the customer for any returns that contain items not eligible for return.
